Cornovia Press, Aug 25, 2013 - Biography & Autobiography - 220 pages

All Cornwall Thunders at my Door is the first full biography of Charles Causley to be published, timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of his death in 2003. Laurence Green has compiled a great deal of information concerning Causley's life in Cornwall and beyond, of his personal history, his influences and motivations, helping to give context to the great legacy left to us by "the greatest poet laureate we never had."

"This is the first biography of Charles Causley, and takes us towards the heart of a marvellous poet and deeply intriguing man. It's all well done: clear, sympathetic, appreciative and shrewd. Everyone who loves Causley's poems will want to read it." — Sir Andrew Motion.

Includes photographs not previously published and a foreword by Dr Alan M. Kent.
