Disney fans' enthusiasm made the first edition of Disney A to Z an instant success. Now an updated version crams in the latest additions to the Disney universe! This captivating guide digs up everything there is to know about Disney -- with more than 6,500 entries and hundreds of photographs, including all the Disney television shows, films, series, and specials; all the Disney attractions; every Mouseketeer, all the primary actors, and all the key Disney company personnel; songs, lyricists, and composers; and everything else that has made Disney a cultural institution. Just a few of the fascinating subjects covered include:
-- Castaway Cay: an uninhabited island in the Bahamas used as a recreational stopover for Disney Cruise Line ships.
-- Club Disney: a new concept in Disney-themed entertainment which opened in February 1997 in Thousand Oaks, California, and features a play experience for children aged four to ten.
-- Hercules: Disney's 35th animated feature, from John Musker and Ron Clements, the directors of The Little Mermaid and Aladdin.
-- ABC shows: including Soul Man, a comedy series starring Dan Akroyd.

Disney A to Z is a must-have for all Disney devotees, pop culture buffs, and film and animation lovers.

Extremely comprehensive covering things from all aspects of the Disney empire. It tells a little about everything, but I would like a lot more about some things. Still an excellent resource and I am sure the new edition is even more so.
