Faleh A. Jabar is director of the newly establish Iraq Institute for Strategic Studies. His books include The Shi'ite Movement in Iraq. Hosham Dawood is an anthroplogist at the Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique and co-editor of Tribes and Power.
