About the author (2010)

Aidan Finn, MCSE, MVP in Virtual Machine: Systems Administration, is currently an IT infrastructure consultant in Ireland. He works with Hyper-V and Microsoft System Center as part of an advanced server deployment and management infrastructure. He is one of the selected members of the Microsoft Springboard Series Technical Expert Panel (STEP) Program and a member of the Microsoft System Center Influencer Program. He also leads the Windows User Group in Ireland. Patrick Lownds, MCSE, MCTS, and MVP in Virtual Machine, has been working in the IT industry since 1988. In recent years, he has worked with Citrix XenServer, VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, and a number of Microsoft System Center products.
