Baker Publishing Group, 1977 - Religion - 299 pages
The world of the Old Testament can seem hard to understand, especially for people living in times and places so far removed from the ancient Middle East. "A Popular Survey of the Old Testament" is designed to help Christians enrich their understanding of Old Testament people and events. Illustrated with colored photos, charts, and maps this accessible survey will enrich one's Biblical reading and understanding. (65)

Great resource, expected bit more in depth info.

User Review  - Andy - Christianbook.com

Similar to my review of the NT version of this survey series. Great work, but expected it to be a bit more in depth. However, sticks close to the content of the Bible with the right amount of secular parallel information. Would recommend it to anyone. Read full review
