Many of Dr. Punyamurtula Kishore's patients have died because of improper treatment and care methods. This Quack doctor ("Hitler") should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere. Preventive Medicine Associates, formerly Addiction medicine Associates was a Death Camp (The Holocaust for Drug Addicts and Alcoholics, Auschwitz) I worked at his Brookline office and witness the death of many patients. Dr. Kishore should be arrested, arraigned and prosecuted for 2nd degree murder or manslaughter.
Dr. Punyamurtula Kishore was reprimanded, fined $2,500 and required to perform 50 hours of Board-approved community service and to complete additional continuing professional development credits. He was found to have inappropriately filed four Temporary Involuntary Hospitalization Applications for the purpose of drug treatment and drug testing. Dr. Kishore is a 1975 graduate of Andhra Medical College in India. He specializes in Addiction Medicine and has been licensed in Massachusetts since 1978
MAD DOG a.k.a Punymurtula Kidhore MD and Lil Dog a.k.a. Carl Smith L.M.H.C. are responsible for the death of Eleanor Clark of Weston , Massachusetts.
Just look at what happen to James Clark .
James Clark was a client at the same address where the Director/Manager Carl Smith resided at ,50 Draper Street in Dorchester MA. Carl Smith is suppose to be a state licensed Mental Health Clinician , If so , than why did he discharge James Clark ? James clark never tested postive for a toxicology screen for illegal or prescription drugs, than why was he discharged ?
He was discharged for behavioral and attitude problems that were related to his psychiatric and substance abuse diagnosis. Carl Smith L.M.H.C. should have been able to detect that this man had psychological problems and referred him for treatment to MAD DOG aka Punyamurtula K...ishore's Neurological Clinic for treatment and to help James Clark get back on his psychiatric medication. Instead , Carl Smith discharged him and the following day , James Clark murdered his 81 year old grandmother Eleanor Clark in Weston Massachusetts .
Punyamurtula Kishore MD aka MAD DOG Millionaire referred James Clark to Carl Smith's Program New Horizon House after James Clark was Discharged from St. Elizabeths Hospital's S.E.C.A.P.'s Detoxification unit. Punyamurtula Kishore aka MAD DOG had a Contract with Carl Smith to provide New Horizon clients with Medical and Mental health Treatment. No treatment was provided except for toxicology screens . Carl Smith collected James Clark's program fee and MAD DOG Kishore billed his insurance company . Carl Smith and Dr. Kishore donot care about thier clients or patients . The only thing they cared about was making money and more of it . What a shame
Is there a National Library of Addictions ????????????? MAD DOG aka Punyamurtula Kishore MD 2020. The mysterious National Library of Addictions? Of all the libraries in all the world, which is the most addictive — and the most mysterious? Perhaps it’s The National Library of Addictions. This addictive entity is located in Brookline, Massachusetts. Founded by Punyamurtula S. Kishore, M.D., M.P.H., it is said to be “an intellectual gathering place for health care professionals and community members.” The institution is little known to the library-loving public, and information about it is scarce. Many questions present themselves. What addictions are kept in the library’s collection, and which of them are available for use by the public? Which of these addictions can be taken out on loan? Is there a children’s room, or is the library open only to adults? Bibliophiles note with pleasure that the library appears to own at least one book.
BOSTON — The criminal investigation of insurance fraud by a Brookline doctor has caused the collapse of his statewide chain of drug treatment clinics.
Many of those patients were dependent on a newly approved, anti-addiction drug called Vivitrol. Since the clinics were the prime supplier
Well, what is there to say about an 1100 pg. tome that falls apart by pg. 4?
It immediately fa;lls into a pattern of academic abuse by engaging in the same set of blatant falsehoods and outright lies once told by a certain Anslinger fellow; a Carrie Nation of drug use. His cadre of Puritans engaged in religiously inspired oppression of the Blacks who playeed that new "Jazz" sound that was corrupting pre-WW2 America. At the time, marijuana was popular with artists and other musicians, especially..or at least so Anslinger claims...blacks. Jazz and the saxaphine were "pure evil", and Harry was going to rid us of this sin even if he had to use the force of law to do it. Which he promptly set out to do with a series of lwectires and films that were pure lies, unfounded hysterical exaggeration and racism that was barely even attempted to be disguised.
Once he managed to become what would be the precursoir to the modern "Drug Czar" (which was a Nixon creation) he found it withuin his duty to describe Mexicans and axaphone players "Niggers and lazy scoundrels who would like nothing better than to rape or simply pervert the morals of our Christian women and their heritage".
He was, of course the insane mind behind "Reefer Madness". A classic of antique foolishness that brings to mind leeches and Barber-Surgeons. It somehow managed to survive however as the model or paradigm that still exists within law-enforcemnt circles to incite unfounded fears anmong the more gullible of our society, and has been sufficient to maintain the massive increase that LE received to fight alcohol during it's Prohibition, and do maintain that level despite the plunge in crime rates that immediately folowed Repeal.
But just as it;s enactment caused a steep increase in Alcohol crime, drugs otoh were barely used in society at large, so it took many years of police programs entering our schools and TV programs to raise the drug levels high enough that Prohibition against them served to spike crime similar to Alcohol, thereby justifying the maintenance of drug Prohibition. That the black-market causes the majority of damage is a secret that men like the author refuse to divulge, proffering instead to ride the Prohibition gravy-train no matter the cost to society.
I am a mycologist-toxicologist. Psilocin has caused 0 deaths, is non-addictive, requires no supervision while under it's influence, and in fact was completely legal throughout the world and most of history until a couple decades ago. Few people ever heard of them due their lack of reason to grab lurid headlines.
But now that they are illegal, drug-busts and black-market money are producing crime and victims, blood and ink galore for police and Puritan alike. Shame on this despicable person whom I shall not honor with a name, nevertheless a title of academic scholarship. He is a charlatan or a fool, but not an expert at anything involving rigorous proof and honesty.
