Bradley Smith received his degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. He accepted a position as the Executive Director of First Assembly of God Child Development Center in Des Moines, Iowa. At First Assembly, Bradley led a team of over fifty teachers, administrators and support team members. By 2002 their program averaged over 200 children per day ranging in age from six weeks to sixth grade.
In 1998 he organized HandPrint Productions, a non-profit corporation to which he is the current President. HandPrint Productions is a training and consulting organization in the areas of human resources, leadership and early childhood education. The corporation provides consultation to small businesses and child care centers.
