John Martin is the British Aerospace Lecturer in HRM at the University of Hull.

Wray Vamplew is Professor and Director of the International Centre for Sports History and Culture at De Montford University, Leicester, England.
Daryl Adair is a Research Fellow in the International Centre for Sports History and Culture at De Montfort University, Leicester, England.
