Future Active: Media Activism and the Internet

Investigation of how the open media space of the Internet has effected social, political and cultural change and mobilised millions of people locally and globally to participate in Internet activism. Explores case studies such as Belgrade radio station B92 using the Internet to thwart Melosevic's censorship, the McSpotlight website that contributed to the defendants in the McLibel trial, and the emergence of the global Indymedia phenomenon.
