I really enjoyed this book. Though, it was not an easy read. JRH has packed decades of research into the book and each page is full of references and information. He has illustrated each of his points thoroughly and even has a sub-text running throughout the book covering the experience of someone who seemed to apply his model intuitively, it is a great story with a twist.
As with other well illustrated referrences, the illustrations can become a bit overwhelming till you get the model.
His model is comprehensive, substantiated and mildly contrarian. He even questions the well-worn Bruce Tuckman model.

Review: Leading Teams: Setting the Stage for Great Performances

User Review  - Amy - Goodreads

Don't waste your time with this book. It is heavy into the airline industry. A real lovefest with Southwest Airlines. If you want a better book about teams, try Discipline of Teams (also on my list) by Katzenback & Smith. Read full review
