Stephen Manes and Paul AndrewsStephen Manes has covered the computer industry for more than ten years as a columnist and contributing editor for "PC Magazine, PC/Computing", and "PC Sources". Paul Andrews reports on technology for the "Seattle Times" where he covers Microsoft and writes a weekly column on computers.

Andrews has been writing for The Seattle Times since 1971. Since 1989 he has covered technology issues for the paper, he currently writes the Personal Technology column "User Friendly".
