About the author (1998)

About the Author Educated at Amherst College and Columbia University, Robert Ullian is a writer whose work has appeared in Esquire, Mademoiselle, and The Boston Phoenix. A recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant in fiction, he has taught art and writing at Hampshire College and the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is also the author of Frommer's Walking Tours: Venice and Frommer's Israel, 2nd Edition.
