User Review - Flag as inappropriateAlthough the subject matter is a difficult one to swallow as a child born into a generation which has not suffered much, it is necessary. The author gives his raw account of a most difficult time and place to be alive in. These events need to be told and retold because its horrors are very real. Knowledge of our past properly empowers us to protect our future.

Review: Auschwitz: A Doctor's Eyewitness Account
User Review - Rosemary Daly - GoodreadsA horrifying eye-witness account by a doctor who worked as a prisoner under Dr. Mengele. This is not an easy book to read.
