About the author (1992)

Shillito is retired from the Eastman Kodak Company where he provided internal quality management technology consulting to company units worldwide. He is a consultant, educator, author, and speaker. He is a consultant in Value Management (VM), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Voice of the Customer (VOC), and Customer Oriented Product Concepting (COPC). He developed the Technology Roadmap used in Value Engineering (VE) and target costing and the COPC process used in product and service development.
