This book helped me during my third year of teaching. I finally felt like I had a grip on the concept of classroom management because of the new perceptions I acquired. I am now in my 7th year of teaching and still refer to it.

I would recommend this to every educator. I did skip the chapter on his reward system (blarg) and the chapter on implementing a school wide program (n/a). I liked his use of examples throughout the book to clarify and reinforce his points. Read full review
