About the author (2012)

Richard Sorger is the Associate Professor and Course Leader for MA Fashion at Kingston University. He has taught at all levels of fashion education from undergraduate to postgraduate for institutions such as Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, Middlesex University, and Nottingham Trent University. Jenny Udale lectures in fashion textiles at the Open College of the Arts, UK and has previously taught at Middlesex University and Ravensbourne College. She is a freelance textile and womenswear designer and her textiles have been stocked in Liberty's and Selfridges.
