Leon Chaitow is a prolific writer in healthcare. He is to the point. No fluff, and plenty of research and experiences to back his (and others) findings. He comes from a long line of well known research educating healthcare practitioners. This book, though simple, is pack with valuable information. Do not expect any recipes.
