In this role, she provides a comprehensive support service to the firm's Scottish commercial property lawyers, including knowledge and resource development, in-house counsel, marketing and business enhancement, and development and delivery of training. Ann's Knowledge Management role involves advising on, devising and implementing strategy for the management, development and delivery of knowledge and information in the firm, and supporting learning and development. Ann is a founder member of the award-winning Property Standardisation Group, co-author of 'Conveyancing Practice in Scotland: 6th edition' and was awarded the Professional Development Certificate in Knowledge Management from the University of Edinburgh in 2012. She is a regular presenter at external webinars and conferences.
