Out of the Shadows: An Action Research Report Into Families, Racism, and Exclusion in Northern Ireland

This report examines the impact of racial discrimination on statutory service provision for women and young people from the Chinese, Indian, Pakistani and Traveller communities in Northern Ireland. The report identifies policy and practice implications for the areas of health and social services, education and training, accommodation and policing, and makes specific recommendations to a number of organizations.
