This two volume compilation of perfume & flavor chemicals is a great companion for the seriously inclined perfumer-apprentice (I say this because I am one)
It provides wonderful insights into the odor profiles, properties, uses, compatibilities as well as incompatibilities of almost all preferred ingredients used in the industry, even today.
This, is a must have.
