About the author (2011)

Keith Johnson has worked in the printing press industry for35 years. He is the author of seven books on Lancashire and has written numerous articles on local history, including the nostalgia page for the" Lancashire Evening Post." He lives in Preston. Mike Hill is the deputy editor of the "Lancashire Evening Post.""
