JOHANNA WOODCOCK-ROSS is Associate Professor in Social Work in the School of Applied Psychosocial Sciences at the University of Plymouth, UK. Her published research programmes include social work communication skills and she received Fellowship of the Centre for Excellence in Professional Placement Learning for the innovative research underpinning her book Specialist Communication Skills for Social Workers.
