One of the best books about staying fit at all ages. Peter's approach melds the best of Western and Eastern mindsets in training. I've worked out with Peter for a decade and his Zen-like intuition on training allowed me to do things in my 40s and 50s I never dreamed of doing. It's a refreshing approach to fitness and much more sustainable than the CrossFit craze.
