I am considering this book for a reference collection resources section to be accessible by the public through our organization, Friends of the Library. An English and Spanish version will be needed. However, in this consideration, when I see mistakes like this ( Vitamins is aimed at nutritionists, biochemists, physiologists and physicians whether they be researchers, teachers or students.) I wonder if there are mistakes throughout the publication. I am seeking professional health resources for my community and hopefully encourage interest in the nutrition field. The physiology and functional anatomy pictorials and readings seem very interesting to encourage an interest in health. Life is more enjoyable with a good understanding of good health habits. Finding the correct information to achieve health throughout is invaluable.
