Khalifatul-Masih IVHazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad, Khalifatul-Masih IV(rta), was the grandson and fourth Khalifah (Successor) of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Promised Messiah(as). An avid reader and accomplished poet, he possessed a keen intellect, witty sense of humour, and an inexhaustible store of energy. He spoke and wrote extensively on a wide range of spiritual and secular subjects. Under his inspired leadership, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community made tremendous progress.
