"O say can you see.." Its great to show children when teaching the Star Spangled Banner. The words have great pictures for children to follow along while singing. It also gives a brief history along with the song. Read full review

About the author (2002)

Susan Winget is inspired by the images, colors, and flavor of her beloved North Carolina countryside. She and her husband, Al, raised their three children on the family farm, with grandparents nearby.

Susan Winget has created art for Colonial Williamsburg and the National Trust as well as calendars, greeting cards, and an array of home products. She is the author and illustrator of two picture books about an endearing young rabbit--"Tucker's Four-Carrot School Day", praised for its "cozy illustrations" by "Publishers Weekly", and "Tucker's Apple-Dandy Day", called "a delight" by ALA Booklist.
