After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Richard Hindmarsh and Margaret his Wife, from a Decree made in Her Majefty's Court of Exchequer Chamber, the Seven and Twentieth Day of June in the Twelfth Year of the Reign of our late Sovereign Lord King William the Third, and feveral Reports. and Orders made thereupon, in a Caufe wherein Mary Everard the Mother, and Mary Everard the Daughter by her faid Mother her Guardian, the now Refpondents, were Complainants, and the Petitioners and others Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the faid Decree, Reports, and Orders; as alfo upon the Anfwer of the faid Mary Everard the Mother, and her Daughter, put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was of fered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Petition and Appeal of Richard Hindmarsh and his Wife fhall be, and is hereby, difmiffed this House; and that the Decree, Reports, and Orders, therein complained of, fhall be, and they are hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the faid Richard Hindmarsh and his Wife fhall pay, or caufe to be paid, unto the faid Mary Everard and her Daughter, the Sum of Twenty Pounds, for their Cofts in Profecution of this Appeal.
