ORDERED, That the Confideration of the faid Bill be referred to the Committee abovenamed; who are to meet at the fame Time and Place.

After hearing Counfel, upon the Petition and Ap peal of David Powel Gentleman and Elizabeth his Wife, from an Order or Decree of Difmiffion, pronounced in the Court of Chancery the Sixth Day of July last, upon the Hearing of a Caufe wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, against William Pleydell Efquire and Robert Culpeper Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the faid Order or Decree: As alfo upon the Anfwer of the faid William Pleydel and Robert Culpeper put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Petition and Appeal of David Powel and Elizabeth his Wife fhall be, and is hereby, difmiffed this Houfe; and that the Order or Decree therein complained of fhall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
