Naval Stores from Ruffia,

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of James Hamilton, of Bangor, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Efquire, and Hans Hamilton Efquire, Grandfon and Heir of Sir Hans Hamilton Knight and Baronet, deceased, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in Ireland, the Tenth Day of February One Thoufand Six Hundred Ninety-eight; and other Decrees and Orders made in the Caufe wherein Hans Stevenfon and Anne his Wife are Plaintiffs, and the Petitioners and others Defendants; and praying the Reverfal of the faid Decrees and Orders; and that the faid Hans Stevenfon and Anne his Wife do answer the faid Petition; and that Proceedings be stayed in the mean Time:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Hans Stevenfon and Anne his Wife may have a Copy of the faid Appeal; and fhall and they are hereby required to put in their Anfwer thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Nineteenth Day of March next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, all Proceedings be ftayed in the faid Cause.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Wentworth, alias Watfon, Efquire; fhewing, "That he hath an Appeal depending in this Houfe, to which the Lord Raby and "others are Refpondents; and that the Petitioner is Refpondent to an Appeal of the faid Lord Raby, both "relating to feveral Orders and Proceedings in the "Chancery in Ireland; that the Petitioner put in his "Answer to the Lord Raby's Appeal on Tuesday last, "and Yesterday both Appeals were ordered to be heard "the Eighteenth Inftant; that the Petitioner is ready to "proceed on the Matter of his own Appeal; but, in re"gard there are Books of Accompts in Ireland, which "were kept by Sir Joshua Allen and Doctor Hall, fince "deceased, which were used in the Chancery in Ireland, "and will be neceffary for the Petitioner's Defence at "the Hearing on the Lord Raby's Appeal; and praying "an Order to the Executors of Sir Joshua Allen and "Doctor Hall, to produce the said Books at the Hearing "of the faid Appeal:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Hearing of Mr. Wentworth's Appeal against the Lord Raby fhall stand as ordered Yesterday; and that the Executors of Sir Joshua Allen and Doctor Hall do, at Mr. Wentworth's Charge, caufe the faid Books to be produced, at the Hearing of the Lord Raby's Appeal; and hereof they are not to fail, as the contrary will be answered to this House.

Whereas, by a Claufe in a late Act of Parliament, Account of. intituled, "An Act for enlarging the Trade to Ruffia," the Commiffioners of the Cuftoms fhall, at every Seffions of Parliament, lay before this House, a true Account, in Writing, under their Hands, of what Naval Stores have been imported into this Kingdom by any Perfons trading to Ruffia:
