Two, in a Caufe there depending, wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Thomas Turit and others were Defendants; and praying "the "Reverfal of the faid Decree, as to all but the Eight "Hundred Livres and Intereft therein mentioned;" as alfo upon the Anfwer of the faid Thomas Turft put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual Judgement. and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Decree as complained of in the faid Appeal fhall be, and is hereby, reverfed; fo far as that the Eftate in Common after the Eight Hundred Livres decreed to the Appellants are paid, and Three Hundred Livres allowed to the Reipondent Turf, according to the Marriage Contract, are deducted, and other juft Allowances to be retained by himself, the Respondent Turft is to accompt for the Refidue, and give Security to the Court of Chancery, anfwerable to the Value of the Moiety thereof, of the Refpondent's late Wife, at the Refpondent's Deto pay fuch Moiety to the Appellants, and other Heirs ceafe, or within Three Months after: And it is further ORDERED, That the Court of Chancery do give Directions, that the fame be done accordingly.
