After reading the humble Petition of William Town Townshend bend, now in Cuftody of the Serjeant at Arms attending difcharged. this Houfe, for a Breach of Privilege, by entering upon the Eftate of the Earl of Rochester, in the Time of Privilege; humbly acknowledging his Offence, and begging the Pardon of this Houfe and of the faid Earl; and praying to be difcharged from the Restraint he now lies under:,

The faid William Townshend was called in; and, being reprimanded, kneeling at the Bar, it was ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid William Townshend fhall be, and he is hereby, difcharged, paying his Fees; and this fhall be a fufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to "enable Arabella Foote to lay out Monies, belonging to "her Son Topham Foote, in Purchases of Lands for his "Benefit;" to which they defire the Concurrence of this House.
