Upon reading the Petition of Jane Hunt Widow, One of the Executors of the laft Will of James Hunt, of Popham, in the County of Southampton, Efquire, deceafed; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to enable Trustees to fell and difpofe of Timber growing upon his Eftate, towards Payment of the Debts and Legacies of the faid James Hunt :

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as defired.

His Majefty being arrayed in His Regal Robes and Crown, attended with His Officers of State, afcended His Royal Throne (the Peers being alfo in their Robes); commanded the Deputy Gentleman Ufher of the Black Rod, to fignify to the House of Commons, "It is His "Majefty's Pleasure, that they attend Him presently, "in the House of Peers."

Who being come, with their Speaker; the Clerk of the Crown read the Title of the Bill to be paffed, as followeth; (videlicet,)

"An Act for reviving and continuing an A&t, in"tituled, An Act for the appointing Commiffioners, to "take, examine, and determine, the Debts due to the

Army, Navy, and for Transport Service; and alfo "an Account of the Prizes taken during the late War."

To which the Royal Affent was pronounced, by the Clerk of the Parliaments, in thefe Words; (videlicet,)

Then His Majefty was pleafed to withdraw; and the Commons went to their Houfe.
