Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of the Royal Affrican Company of England, from a Decree made in Langdon & al. the Court of Chancery, Tertio Novembris, Decimo Tertio Gulielmi Tertii, whereby the Appellants are decreed to pay to the Refpondent Langdon and his Wife Two Thoufand Six Hundred and Fifty Pounds, Twelve Shillings, Damages, recovered against Dickenson, and Cofts of Law, and in the Court of Chancery; and that the Bill fhould be difmiffed against the other Refpondent Deckwra, and the Refpondent Dockwra fhould be at Liberty to profecute the faid Decree against the Appellauts, in the Name of the faid Langdon and his Wife; and alfo from an Order made, upon Hearing, the Nineteenth of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, for affirming the former Decree, and a Commiffion of Sequeftration awarded by the Lord Keeper, to compel the Appellants to pay the faid Money to Dockwra; and praying, "That the faid Decree and Proceedings may "be reversed, and the Petitioners relieved; and that "Roger Langdon and Phillis his Wife, Administratrix "of Richard Dickenfon, and William Dockwra, may an"fwer thereunto:"
