Philipfon's Bill.

To return the Bill, intituled, " An Act to enable the "Guardian of the Earl of Warwick and Holland, during "his Minority, to make Leafes of feveral Meffuages in "or near Weft Smithfield ;" and to acquaint this House, "that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the faid Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Anthony Rowe Efquire; complaining of feveral Orders or Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, in Crofs Caufes, between the Appellant and Elizabeth Cockayne Wife of James Cockayne Efquire; and praying "Relief therein; and that all "Proceedings upon the faid feveral Decrees may, in "the mean Time, be stayed:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Elizabeth Cockayne may have a Copy of the faid Appeal; and shall and the is hereby required to put in her Answer to the faid Appeal on Friday the Eighteenth Day of this Inftant February, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, all Proceedings upon the said feveral Decrees in the Courts below be stayed.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Brathwaite; praying to be heard, before the paffing of the Bill, intituled, "An Act to veft Part of the Eitate "of Sir Christopher Philipfon Knight in Trustees, to "be fold, for Payment of Debts; and for charging "Part thereof with Maintenance for a Daughter, who " is a Lunatic:"

After hearing Counfel, upon the Petition and Appeal Loader verfus "Whether this Bill fhall of Ifaac Loader, from a Decree made in the Court of Burrough. Chancery the Twelfth Day of March last, and an Order of the Eleventh Day of November following, for Payment of Cofts, on the Behalf of Jofeph Burrough, furviving Executor of Robert Caftle; and praying, "That "the faid Decree and Orders (as to the Five Hundred "Pounds therein mentioned, Part of Five Hundred "Fifty-two Pounds and Eight Shillings) and the Or"der for Payment of Cofts may be reverfed, and Ref❝titution of the Five Hundred Pounds may be made to "the Appellant, and all Proceedings on the Order for "Cofts stayed:" As alfo upon the Anfwer of the said Jofeph Burrough put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:
