It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual Judgemert, and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Decree complained of in the faid Appeal fhall be, and is hereby, reverfed, as to fo much thereof as decrees Chriftopher Stokes the Younger to account for the Rents and Profits of the Rectory of Whitchurch in Queftion, fince the Death of Mary Ailoffe, and to affign the faid Rectory and Premises to the Refpondent Sufannah Rainbut and Philip Jenkins; and as to thofe Particulars the Bill in Chancery is hereby difmiffed; and as to all other Matters,' the Decree is hereby affirmed.

After hearing Counfel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Abjohn Stokes, the Uncle, Heir, and Administrator of Chriftopher Stokes Gentleman, deceased, who was Son and Heir, and Administrator, with the Will annexed, of Chriftopher Stokes the Father, as Husband and Adminiftrator of Mary Ailoffe his late Wife, deceafed, and alfo Adminiftrator, with the Will annexed, of the faid Chriftopher the Father, of his Goods unadministered by the faid Chriftopher Stokes the Son, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Third of February, Undecimo Gulielmi Tertii Regis, on the Be *There is no Entry of the First Reading of this Bill; it was brought up from H.
