upon Application to the Regifter of the faid Court "to make up the Decretal Order, he refufed fo to do;" and praying, That the faid Regifter may be ordered "to make up the fame, that the Petitioners may have it "to produce before this Houfe; and that they may be "permitted to amend their faid Appeal, by making "Mary Lynch, Thomas Martin, Patrick Bodkin, and Michael Lynch, Refpondents thereunto; and that they "and Mary French the former Refpondent may be required to answer the faid Appeal; and that the "Service of the Order of this Houfe on their Six "Clerk in the faid Court may be good Service :"
