Upon reading the Petition of Anne Hamilton, Widow Hamilton, and Relict of James Hamilton, of Tullymore, in the The Meffengers fent to the House of Commons County of Down, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire, deceased, on Behalf of James Hamilton, Son and Heir of the faid James Hamilton, and of Sophia, Cary, and bring in a Bill, to enable Trustees to fell and difpofe of Part of the Eftate of the faid James Hamilton, lying in the County of Clare, and Town of Galloway, towards the paying and discharging Portions, and making Provifion for Elizabeth the Petitioner's Youngelt Daughter, and towards the clearing of Debts contracted by the faid James Hamilton; and to enable the Trustees to fettle Lands, equivalent to those to be fold, of the Petitioner's Hufband's own Acquifition, in the

to confider of, and prepare, what fhall be offered to the

This Day James Earl of Derby and Other Earl of Plimouth took the Oaths, and made and fubfcribed the Declaration, and took and fubfcribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Upon reading the Petition of George Willoughby and his Wife, Refpondents to the Petition and Appeal of Sir Streynsham Mafter; praying a Week's Time further, for answering to the Appeal of Sir Steynsham Mafter:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Petitioners have hereby Time allowed them for anfwering to the faid Appeal, until Monday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.
