Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Katherine Marbury & al. Marbury Spinfter, Benjamine Woodroffe Doctor in Divi- Torbuck & al. nity and Mary his Wife, Gilbert Thacker Efquire and Elizabeth his Wife, which faid Katherine, Mary, and Elizabeth, are the Sifters and Coheirs of William and Richard Marbury, late of Marbury, in the County of Chefter, Efquires, deceafed, from the Reports, and feveral Orders and Proceedings, made in the Court of Chancery; (videlicet,) the Reports whereby the Debts of Andrews, Noy, and Couch are reported, and the Order of the Three and Twentieth of June One Thoufand Seven Hundred and Three, relating to the Appellant's, Doctor Woodroff's, lefing of his One Thoufand Pounds; and the Order of the Nine and Twentieth of April One Thoufand Seven Hundred and Four, whereby the faid Appellant was difcharged from being the Purchafer of the Premifes, and ordered to pay Cofts; and the Order of the Eighth of June One Thoufand Seven Hundred and Five, whereby the Earl Rivers was irregularly admitted the Purchaser of the Premises in Queftion; and the other Proceedings on the Decree, made on the Behalf of George Torbuck, John Worrall, Anne Andrew, Richard Spour, and others, Creditors of William Marbury Efquire, deceafed; and praying, "That the faid feveral Reports, and fubfequent Orders and Proceedings, may be reverfed; and "that the feveral and refpective Creditors, the Mortgagees, and the Bond and Simple Contract Creditors, "Parties to the feveral Suits, and the Earl Rivers, 66 may answer:"
