This Day Jofeph Lord Milton took the Oaths, and made and fubfcribed the Declaration, and alfo took and fubfcribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

The Order of the Day being read for the further Confideration of the Bill, intituled "An Act for efta"blishing certain Regulations for the better Manage"ment of the Territories, Revenues and Commerce "of this Kingdom in the Eaft Indies: And for the further hearing of Counsel against the said Bill; and for the "Lords to be fummoned ;"

Counfel were accordingly called in.-And Mr. Rous Counfel for the Eaft India Company, in order to obviate the Charge of Mifmanagement brought against the Directors of the faid Company, called Mr. Morton their Secretary, who produced and read,
