T. or either of them, or the executors, administrators and affigns, make, do, and execute, or cause, or procure to be made, done, all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable act and acts, deed and deed, thing and things, affignments and affurances in the law whatsoever, for the further, better, and more sure, and absolute affigning and affuring the faid moieties of the aforefaid manors, hereditaments, and premises hereinbefore refpectively affigned to the faid W. H. and T. S. T. with their and every of their appurtenances, unto the faid W. H. and T. S. T. their refpective executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, for and during all the refidue and remainder of the said several terms of years, which fhall be therein then to come and unexpired, freed, and absolutely discharged, of, and from the faid provifos or conditions of redemption hereinbefore contained; and alfo, other right, title and equity of redemption whatsoever, but nevertheless, upon trust, and for the intents and purpofes aforefaid, as by the faid W. H. and T. S. To all to whom these presents fhall come, the within named T. S. T. fends greeting: Whereas the within mentioned fum of, was not paid to the faid T. S.
