The Lord Chancellor acquainted the Houfe, "That
"His Majefty had been pleased to grant Two feveral
Bill paffed by Commiffions to His Royal Highnefs the Prince of
the Prince of
"Wales, and feveral Lords therein named, one for
declaring His Royal Affent to the A&t agreed upon
"by both Houses of Parliament; and the other for pro-
"roguing the Parliament."

The Houfe was refumed.

Then Five of the Lords Commiffioners, being in
their Robes, and feated on a Form placed between the
Throne and the Woolfack, the Lord Chancellor in the
Middle, with the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury on his
Right Hand, and the Lord Prefident, the Lord Privy
Seal, and the Lord Chamberlain on his Left, com-
manded the Yeoman Ufher of the Black Rod to fignify
to the Commons, "The Lords Commiffioners defire
"their immediate Attendance in this House, to hear
"the Commiffion read."
