lefley's Wife; and alfo, whether at the Time of the
Adultery of which he complains, his Wife was, by Deed
or otherwise by his Confent, living feparate and apart
from him, and releafed by him, as far as in him lies,
from her conjugal Duty, or whether she was at the Time
of fuch Adultery cohabiting with him, and under the
Protection and Authority of him as her Husband.

employed in Bafque Roads between the 17th Day of
"March and the 29th Day of April 1809.”
