A Certificate from the Right Honourable Richard Ryder, One of His Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, “That Andrew Sandmark, Son of Swen Sand“ mark by Regina his Wife, born at Stockholm in Sweden, “ had produced to him satisfačtory Proof that he had “ conformed in all Respects to the Laws and Regula“tions respecting Aliens arriving in that Part of the “ United Kingdom called Great Britain, or resident “ therein; and that he is a Person well affected to “His Majesty's Royal Person and Government, and “ of orderly Life and Condućt,” was produced and read, pursuant to the Standing Order.
