This book is rather "nice to read" if you interviewing people from time to time.
It provides some general ideas about hiring valuable people and what is important.
What is not good about this book:
- 20% of book is MicroSoft advertizing
- 30% of book is answers to obvious questions.
So you can just drop this 50% and read really interesting rest of the book. 

Very interesting, especially the history of IQ test and the puzzles. It tells you different ways to think and solve.
