THE DEAN OF DURHAM. Our beloved Dean completed his 75th year on Sept. 7th, and received many presents and congratulations from his friends on his having attained the ripe age of threequarters of a century. Amongst them not the least acceptable was an address from the Senior Scholars of the School, in Latin Verse, a copy of which we are enabled to give to our readers, together with an English version by the Captain of the School. Atur ad picturam illam opificum cura et sumptibus in Hospit aula Waddingtoniana nuper suspensam.
