A number of serious omissions. I have noted the following (in no particular order): Dr.Feelgood, Prefab Sprout, Steve Miller Band, Graham Parker and the Rumour, Argent, Edgar Broughton Band, Jonny Winter, Steppenwolf, Quicksilver Messenger Service, MC5.I accept it may be that these bands are included and I have simply failed to find them in this very impressive and interesting volume
