Appellants; setting forth, "That the said Appellants did, an', Resp's on the 7th Day of February 1825, present a Petition of Pet" to lodge Appeal to their Lordships against a Decree or Order to Appeal "made by The Lord Chancellor of Ireland in a Cause Come. "wherein the said Appellants were Plaintiffs, and the said Respondents were Defendants: That immediately after the Petitioners had Notice of the Presentment of the "said Petition of Appeal they caused the necessary Papers and Instructions to be laid before Counsel, to prepare the Case of the Petitioners; but by reason of "the Petitioners being obliged to send to Ireland for "Information and Documents, and of other unavoidable Delays, the Petitioners Counsel were unable to prepare "the Draft of their said Case within the Time allowed "by this House to the Petitioners to lodge the printed
