N and dame P. his wife, or their affigns, or fuch perfon or erfons as aforefaid, under his, her, or their hands or hand, or if the faid E. N. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, by thefe prefents in manner and form following, (that is to fay) that he the faid E. L. his executors, and adminiftrators, or fome or one of them fhall and will from time to time, during the faid refpective terms, well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said fir M. N. and dame P. his wife, their executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, or fuch other person or persons as fhall for the time being, be entitled to the reverfion and inheritance of the faid refpective premises, expectant on the faid refpective terms, the faid feveral yearly rents hereinbefore refpectively referved, at fuch days and places and in fuch manner and form as are hereinbefore expreffed, limited, and appointed, for payment thereof refpectively, according to the true intent and meaning of these prefents. L. his executors, or adminiftra- excel, &c. tors, fhall and will from time to time and at all times during the faid refpective terms hereby demifed, pay and discharge all and all manner of taxes, levies, tithes and payments whatsoever, which shall during the faid term be taxed or rated, for, or in refpect of the faid refpective demifed premises, or any part thereof, (except the land tax and quit rent, which are to be paid and allowed by the faid fir M. N. and dame P. his wife, their executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, or fuch other perfon or perfons as aforefaid). AND alfo except the church and poor rates for the faid wood called wood, which are alfo to be paid or allowed by the faid fir M. N. and dame P. his wife, their executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, or fuch other the perfon or perfons aforelaid, during the faid term, fo far as the prefent proportion of the faid taxes are now levied, but if a greater proportion of taxes fhall be hereafter made on the faid wood and woodland, then the faid E. L. his executors, and adminiftrators, fhall and will pay and difcharge fuch advanced tax during the faid terms, for which the faid wood and woodlands are hereby demifed. N. and dame P. his wife well and fufficiently amend, preferve, and keep in repair, all the gates, gate-irons, hooks, hinges, pofts, pales, rails, ftiles, bridges, mounds, ways, fences, and inclofures, in and about or belonging to the faid demifed wood, woodlands, fields, clofes, and premises, in, by, and with all manner of needful and neceffary reparations, and amendments whatsoever, and the fame and every part thereof, fo well and fufficiently faved, amended, repaired, upheld, and kept, fhall and will at the ends, expirations, or other determinations of the faid refpective demifes, peaceably and quietly leave, furrender, and yield up unto the faid fir M. N. and dame P. his wife, or their affigns, or to fuch other perfon or perfons as aforefaid, upon reafonable notice, finding and providing them, the faid fir M. N. and dame P. his wife, and fuch other perfon and perfons aforefaid, timber for the doing fuch repairs upon the faid premifes, or fome part thereof, not within three miles therefrom, to be fetched and conveyed, by, and at the expence of the faid E. N. and dame P. his wife, fhall and will on or before Christmas day next, put all the gates, gate irons, hooks, hinges, posts, pales, rails, ftiles, bridges, and fences, into good and tenantable repair.
