TITHES. tors, adminiftrators, and affigns, in respect thereof, by authority of parliament or otherwife howfoever; and thereof, and of and from every part thereof, fhall and will acquit, exonerate and difcharge, as well the faid M. I. and his affigns, as alfo the faid hereby demifed rectory and premifes. And alfo that he the faid W. V. his executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, or fome or one of them, fhall and will, from time to time, and at all times during the continuance of the term hereby demised, at his and their own proper colts and charges, when, where, and fo often as need or occafion fhall be or require, well and fufficiently repair, fuftain, and maintain the chancel of the faid church of aforefaid, and all and every of the houses and buildings, fences and ditches, belonging to the faid rectory or parfonage, and other the premises hereby demifed, or mentioned, or intended fo to be, and the fame being fo well and fufficiently repaired, fuftained, and amended, fhall and will, at the end, expiration, or other fooner determination of this present leafe, which shall first happen, peaceably and quietly leave, deliver, and yield up. And also that he the faid W. V. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, or fome or one of them, fhall and will infure, or cause to be infured, all and fingular the houfes and buildings hereby demifed, from or against lofs or damage by fire, in fome reputable infurance office, for fuch fum or funis of money as fhall be equal to the worth or value thereof; and at all times hereatter during the continuance of the faid term, make due and regular payments on the policies of infurance of the premiles, to the faid office, lo as to keep the fame hereby demifed mefluage and buildings continually infured with the faid office, from or against lofs or damage by fire; and all fuch fum and lums of money which ihall be paid by the proprietors of the faid iniurance office, by virtue or in confequence of any fuch policy or policies of infurance, it is hereby agreed, fhall be forthwith, or with all convenient fpeed, laid out and applied, in, for, or towards the rebuilding, or fubftantially

reinstating and making fit for habitation and ufe, TITHES. fuch of the said houses and buildings hereby demised, as shall happen to be burnt down or damaged by fire, as the cafe fhall happen, and that if the faid W. &c. if premifes V. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, fhall are burnt down. not make and continue, or cafe to be made and continued, fuch infurance as aforefaid, then, and in that cafe, he the faid W. V. his executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, fhall and will, at his and their own costs and charges, caufe and procure all fuch of the faid houfe and buildings which fhall be fo burnt down or damaged by fire, to be rebuilt, or in all refpects fubftantially repaired, reinftated, and made fit for habitation or ufse, so foon as may be, upon fuch plan as he the faid W. V. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, fhall dcem proper. And that if the faid houfes and buildings hereby demifed, fhall be fo infured, and kept infured, as aforefaid, and the fum or fums of money which fhall be paid by the proprietors of the faid insurance-office, by virtue or in confequence of any fuch policy or policies of infurance, fhall not be fufficient for the rebuilding or repairing all or fuch of the faid houfes or buildings hereby demifed, thall be burnt down, or damaged by fire, then, and in fuch cale, he the faid W. V. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, fhall and will advance or pay fuch fum or fums of money as together with the fum or fums of money which fhall be paid by' the proprietors of the faid office, by virtue or in confequence of any fuch policy or policies of infurance as aforefaid, will be fufficient for rebuilding, or fubftantiaily repairing, reinitating, and making fit for habitation or use, all fuch of the faid houtes or buildings hereby demifed, as thall be burnt down, or damaged by fire, or caufe and procure all the fame houles and buildings to be rebuilt, or in all relpects fubftantially repaired, reinftated, and made fit for habitation or uie, as ioon as may be, aud that with good and proper materials of every fort and kind, necellary for that purpole, and in the moft perect and workmanlike manner.
