E. his exccutors, adminiftrators, and affigns, the full and juft fum of, of lawful money of Great Britain, for each and every failure, omission, neglect, non-performance, or breach of any of the covenants, provifos and agreements aforefaid, as, and for a compenfation or liquidated damages, for the injury, lofs, detriment, or inconvenience which he the faid F.
